"The best way to predict your future is to create it “
- Abraham Lincoln -

What are my goals ? How to reach my goals ?
Confucius said: "The path is the goal" - and many people take this in their everyday lives, business and other time. We enjoy this when travelling - just looking with pleasure and curiosity at the possibilities along the way, take one route or another and then have a great time with full satisfaction.
This is sometimes a reality at work, but should it be? And in your own professional development it might be interesting to wait for the opportunities. However, it is more helpful to have a goal, possibly alternative goals, clearly in mind and to work towards it every day.
Seneca said: "If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is right." This means having a clear goal in mind and put in all the energy every day and taking any circumstances that lead to the goal.
Even if this path sometimes seems like a maze - a detour is necessary, a dead end arises, sometimes the goal even seems to move further away.
In my coaching, I support you in defining your goals, recognizing your abilities to achieve them, describing possible paths and taking the first steps.
I accompany you until you achieve your goals and always offer support when obstacles or detours arise.
